Your life WILL be changed…

Ok so I have some news to share with you…I get ALLOT of requests on training programs, nutrition etc and have decided to start a dedicated page on my blog where I will share my training programs, tips and diet exactly to the T.

The more great physiques and good health there is out there the better!

The first time around on my 12 Week Total Body Transformation I was rather clueless on where to start and which gym program to follow etc. Well I have found the most AMAZING / BEST program yet to accompany you to a 12 Week Total Body Transformation! This is for men and women!

I did not follow the eating plan but I have decided to redo the LiveFit trainer from Jamie Eason starting on the 2 January 2011 and would love if you join me for the 12 weeks.

I will upload every exercise, training log sheet, diet for the day. This will be like a portal where all the information will be shared and where each one can interact and share on how you have experienced the day. This is a GREAT way to encourage each other by staying motivated and dedicated!

I however want this to be interactive, so what do you think?

This will require dedication and hard work from my side so I am interested in your feedback if this will be worth it?

  2. I was unsure so many times before, where now I will make sure I do all the planning and supply you with the information. Together we can do this! Motivate each other and have a portal to share success stories and blog together every day! Day 1 for me will be Monday 2 January 2012, so for now it is planning planning planning. No room for failure.

  4. Hi Claudine! That would be increadible! I did the lifestyle Challenge and found it amazing! I however did not achieve all the result sthat i would have liked to have achived. mostly because i wasnt sure of the training and the eating to the T. learning from your experience would be amazing and would be so increadibly motivating to be able to do it with someone. Doing it alone is all goos and well, but when you have other peole pushing with you it makes it that much more challenging and helpful! If you go ahead with it, i will be following you day by day for sure! You have really inspired me from what you have achieved! Congratulations again!

I will be with you 100 percent of the way this is such a great thing for you to do for people you don’t even know I am from the uk and wish we had people over here as willing to give their time to help others I am sure there are some but since joining the live fit groups I have chatted to some of the nicest people thank you x

I use to feel fat, bloated, tired, depressed and so the list can go on WHERE now my life is changed and I would love for others to experience a changed life filled with “healthy” confidence and energy.
