Ahoi friends how was your weekend?

I had a fabulous weekend and will tell you more about it later, but first I am so excited to share my new Nike running shoes. I’m in love with them and while having a few pairs of training/running shoes this is definitely my best ones.

What is your favorite running shoes or brand?

Well at the moment Nike is my favorite brand and I love the comfort their shoes offer.

  1. I have them exact nike trainer Nike Lunar Eclipse the grey and purple ones they are amazing !!! …i run 3-4 times a week anything between 3-13 miles as im training for a 1.2 marathin at the minute so i get some miles in with you 🙂 X

    Dankie vir die lekker gesels Saterdag aand en die inspirasie. Ek is Sondag oggend Dischem toe en het al my starter usn produkte gekry en het vol stroom begin vandag. Ek is n bietjie onseker oor die training, ek het Nicole se 2maande training program vir my geprint, maar hoe swaar moet ek begin, het nog nooit weight training gedoen nie, moet ek maar net baie lam wees na die laaste rep?

    Sien jou gou weer en sterkte met jou 10km training.

      So goed gewees om te sien en ook lekker te gesels. Hoe lyk jou tyd wat jy het vir ‘n oefen program? Ek stel voor jy download die LiveFit trainer op my blog wat dan 3 Phases is. Resultate sal fantasies wees en hy bou jou stelselmatig op. Jy kan voortgaan met jou hardloop! Daar word ook verduidelik hoe swaar jy moet lift ens.
