I had a nice run last night. I took it slow. I must say I prefer road running to the treadmill but I still enjoyed it never the less!

  2. Haha I use to hate running believe it or not and now I love it! Maybe this Nike+ driving me to achieve targets ;-). Jokes…Just love the diversity in my program. Running / Zumba / Swimming / Mountain Biking / Weight Training, cant just do one thing will get bored


  3. I love running! Lately I’m having a hard time making myself run the miles I was just a month ago, though. I got up to 25 miles a week and now I’m doing closer to 15 miles a week because I added in more weight training. Running is just such a nice release from a hectic life sometimes.
